I want to add to Professor Hogan's praise for the staff in charge of our
smart classrooms. They quickly found replacements for our monitors in Brock
Hall which were stolen, and two days ago when I had another issue with the
podium and server uploading from my computer, Reed Gregory showed up almost
immediately to solve the problem. These quick actions allowed those of us
using the new classroom technology to continue with a minimum of interruption.
