This 1997 film is a comedy from Mali.
Monday, November 12 Movie "Les vacances de M. Hulot" (Mr. Hulot's
Holiday) 8:00 p.m.
This a classic French comedy from the 1940's.
Tuesday, November 13 Slide Lecture "The Politics of French Furniture"
3:00 p.m.
A lecture with slides by Dr. Pedro Campa that will raise
issues of gender and class as demonstrated by styles
of French furniture in a historical context.
