I would like to encourage everyone who is able to attend tomorrow's open
forum with new UT President Dr. John Shumaker.  Dr. Shumaker is interested
in getting to know as many of the UTC community as possible, and I hope we
can have a great turnout and give him a warm welcome.  Once you get to know
him, I think you'll be as delighted as I am that he has accepted the UT
Presidency.
