To all Department Heads:

      The dispatcher's need to know who the contact person is going to be
for each building on campus (name and phone number), who the contact person
is for each department (name and phone number), and a list of who, in each
department, will be putting in your access list for each semester. We need
home phone numbers in case of an emergency after hours, and we need this
information as soon as possible. We are putting together a "current"
emergency phone list to help us contact the appropriate person in as little
