not getting spam... empty emails from other faculty. then they say they did not send me anything at all.

Please call the ITD Support Desk. They can assist you in setting your own 
personal spam filters settings and blacklisting email addresses if necessary.

It also may help to forward the full spam email, as an attachment, to 
[log in to unmask] so we can be informed of the spam that is getting through.
