I have one week of time-share in Orlando, Florida, July 10-17. Since I
won't be able to use it this summer, I would like to offer it for
rent. I'm also considering selling it if one is interested.

The unit is a two-bedroom, two-full bath, beautifully furnished villa
with a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have
access to lots of amenities including a swimming pool and a clubhouse.
It is large and can easily accommodate two families.

If the time or location is not desirable, I can arrange for an
exchange to a different time or destination (it has to be used
prior to end of July) through time-share exchange.

The rental is $800 or best offer and sales price is $6900 or best
offer.
