Dear University Colleagues:

        Rich Loftus, SCT Banner2000 software modifications consultant and Sandra
Beaulac, SCT Student Module Training/Implementation Consultant will be on
our campus this afternoon to discuss UTC's proposed modifications to the
Banner2000 baseline code.
These modifications are mostly linked to the items voted upon recently by
the faculty.  The primary goals of these discussions are to; (1) provide
SCT with specific details as to what is desired in these modifications, (2)
review the SCT process for the handling of request for modifications, and
(3) begin initial discussions regarding the possible initial and continuing
cost that would associated with the proposed modifications.This session is
scheduled for today, Thursday March 18 at 1:30 P.M. in Founders Hall 50.

        Let me apologize for the timing and late notification of this visit. I
realize that many of you are on spring break and will not have an
opportunity to participate in this session. Please note that these are only
preliminary discussions and an additional opportunity will be made
available for you to review any suggested modifications and proposed cost
prior to the signing of an official institutional request form.
