The Lady Mocs basketball team defeated #7 seeded Rutgers on Saturday to
advance to the Second Round of the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament, and
the campus community is invited to come out and cheer for the team in a
pre-game pep rally to be held at 5:30 p.m. tonight (Monday) on the indoor
tennis courts at the UTC Racquet Center. The center is located on the
corner of Houston and Vine streets.

The UTC Pep Band, Cheerleaders, Sugar Mocs, and Scrappy will be on
hand to lead the fun.

The event is sponsored by the University of Tennessee National Alumni
Association and UTC Alumni.

Tonight's (Monday) 2nd round game against Vanderbilt will commence at 7:00
p.m. in the McKenzie Arena.
