Dear Colleagues:

This Fall I will teach "Chemistry and the Environment," Chem 111. This
course is tailored to the needs of non-science majors. It focuses on
everyday chemical issues, e.g. food, clothing and shelter. Lecture
presentations make use of demonstrations, short videos, computer
animations, group activities and many other approaches designed to catch
and hold student interest.

Please recommend it to students seeking worthwhile courses that meet the
category D requirement. Chem. 111, 001, MWF, 10:00 - 10:50 AM, Grote 306.

Thank You,

John A. Lynch, Ph.D., Professor of Chemistry
