As you know, we are having two picnics for faculty & staff employees this
summer, thanks to the Chancellor's office.  The dates are Wednesday,
July18th and Friday, August 10th.  Here are the menus:

 

July 18th  (Motown Party) w/door prizes

 

Hamburgers

Veggie burgers

Hot dogs w/ hot dog chile

Cole slaw

Condiments for both

Baked beans

Chips

Strawberry Short Cake

Banana Pudding

Lemonade, water, tea and sodas

 

August 10th (Disco Party) w/door prizes

 

Pasta Salad

Potato Salad

Cole slaw

Fried chicken

Barbeque Pork

Green beans

Rolls

Variety of cobblers w/vanilla ice cream

Sliced watermelo9n

Lemonade, tea, water and sodas
