On Tuesday, July 20, at 2:00 p.m., the Chattanooga Housing Roundtable will offer a presentation by Lynn Schmissrauter and Rev. Margaret Marshall of "The Sanctuary." This is a new and important nonprofit organization providing assistance to women in unique ways in our community, including the opening of a new group home for women being released from incarceration at Silverdale. The Sanctuary helps women with a history of drug and/or prostitution who want to start over upon being released from jail.
The Chattanooga Housing Roundtable welcomes all who wish to attend. The Roundtable will meet at the conference room at the Salvation Army at 800 McCallie Avenue. Feel free to park at the Doctors Building next door. Please try to come and hear about this new organization on July 20 at 2:00.
