I've noticed over the past couple days several people have attempted to 
update their web pages, but were having difficulty doing so. From what 
I'm seeing in our error logs it appears that users are attempting to 
upload their files to: 'www.utc.edu' and their connection is denied.

To upload pages you must use 'cecasun.utc.edu' instead. While either will 
work in the URL of a browser, they are NOT the same server. 'www' doesn't 
know who you are--more likely cecasun does!
