The Counseling and Career Planning Center is co-sponsoring our first
Psych O'Cinema this year with the Office for Students with Disabilities.
This semester's production is the winner of four academy awards,
including Best Picture, Million Dollar Baby Produced, directed, and
starring, this generation's John Wayne, Clint Eastwood garnered both
Best Picture and Best Director for this powerful story.

 

The Office for Students with Disabilities is co-sponsoring this movie
because of its somewhat controversial nature. Without divulging too much
of the plot, especially the ending, many advocate groups were concerned
about the implicit message conveyed about living with a disability.
Encourage students to attend this movie and group discussion, and make a
point yourself to join us whether you have seen the movie or not.

 

Million Dollar Baby will be shown in the Raccoon Mountain Room in the
University Center on Thursday, Oct. 25 at 5:30 pm. Light refreshments
will be served.
