Dr. Stacy --

On behalf of the ERC (and myself, of course) we want to thank you for your service to UTC and extend best wishes as you face new challenges, and new opportunities, in your future.

Your tenure at UTC has been memorable in many ways.

You gave greater voice in University decision-making to the various employee organizations (Faculty Council, ESC, ERC, etc.).

You have made all of us (faculty, staff, students) truly feel more "a part" of the University -- you  made this "our" University.

You were always willing to listen to any staff concerns or complaints -- with an attentive ear, an open mind, and a true respect and concern for "our" feelings.  You gave fair and thoughtful responses -- even when those responses may not have been what we wanted.  We always knew we could speak freely without fear of retaliation.

As a long time employee of the University, I want you to know that you will be missed -- you have truly left your mark on UTC.
