I encourage all who feel they can to contribute to the United Way effort.  I have been associated with agencies who receive United Way funds for 30 plus years.  In most instances the use of the funds has been in the very best interest of the clients that are served.  Recently United Way modified its procedure for evaluating the outcomes of appropriated funds and the new system brings a stronger stonger than ever compliance process. The individuals helped through the donated funds are truely in need and can use our help.  Please consider your financial situation and your motivation to help others and contribute if you can.
