I would appreciate your help in identifying a potential rental  
property for Professor Steven Cheek who will be with us at UTC as a  
sabbatical replacement in ceramics for the 07 Fall semester. Due to  
the timeline of the position, my guess is that he would appreciate  
flexibility in the lease, but Steven had let me know that he would  
consider a 1-year lease beginning mid- to late summer.

Closer to campus would be ideal. Steven is single, non-smoker, no pets.

Please forward any possibilities directly to me and/or to Steven (do  
not reply to the entire list).
