Jim,
Interesting note:  I just linked to the provided URL, submitted my vote and
received the response that I had already voted!  In truth this was my first
visit to the site and I have never voted before today.  I wonder if their
administrative web system is tracking IP addresses and only allows one vote
per IP (are our university computer addresses looking the same in their
system? ). The vote count is only 160.

Just thought it was interesting and maybe an attempt to manipulate the true
picture of the actual citizen concern and interest in this matter.  Or
maybe I am just too suspicious of the media.
