To all Federal Work Study Supervisors:

You may NOT send Federal Work Study time sheets to me via student workers - even if you seal the envelope and write across the flap. This policy was initiated last year after an audit. The auditor, after speaking with you, felt there was too much opportunity for students to change their time sheets and not be detected. You may not fax your time sheets. Departments that do not adhere to this policy will lose eligibility for work study assistance.

I realize this is difficult sometimes, but we have to follow this rule. Thanks to each of you who have made it work - through heat, rain, cold, and unrealistic work loads you have delivered your time sheets to me.
