Mr. Renz: You were VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL to Dr. Dumas and the rest of
the Raven readers with your useless curse words. I try not to use curse
words as much as possible, but you caused me to read them. If you don't
like the lively email discussion then why in the "heck" are you
participating? Why not use your delete button?

1. We are NOT attacking the Lebos personally, we are questioning the
"package deal." Mr. Lebo's credentials and expertise may just well turn
the basketball team into a main event. We have a right to question a $14,
583.33 monthly salary that equals a lower paid UTC employee's YEARLY entry
level salary on this campus.

2. You must not be a native Chattanoogan. I can't recall having read such
a disrespectful email since the "birth" of email on our campus.

3. Have you not read the email etiquette policy? Where is the Email Police
when you need them?

4. I am insulted that you caused me to read your email full of curse
words. Dr. Dumas and the rest of the Raven readers deserve an apology for
your disrespectful and hateful words. I know you may not care.

5. Is this how you motivate people to attend events at the Fine Arts Center?

6. Thank you Dr. Stacy for clarifying how the Lebos compensation package
works (by donations, etc.) During this horrible budget season throughout
the State of TN and Chattanooga (schools, neighborhoods, etc.) it's hard to
swallow good news like the Lebos' package deal. It's hard to understand
and accept salary increases/promotions for the same employees year after
year when we are asked to work harder for less. It's just HARD, but
everyday I thank GOD for my employment here at UTC for almost 23yrs.

7. I pray the Chattanoogans with the money will one day open an account
with the University and donate and designate millions for faculty and staff
salaries ONLY!

8. I see nothing wrong with both sides of the coin speaking out and
discussing issues. We can agree to disagree and still work for the
University's mission, etc., etc., etc. When you curse people out, you
cause a "hostile" working environment! Think about it.

Just a Staff employee with almost 23yrs at UTC! Now that's dedication!

P.S. No need to respond back except for your apology.

Thank you.
