Bachman Community Center is sponsoring a Jambalaya Dinner to fund the on-going
renovations of the historic Signal Mountain school building that houses the center.
The dinner is scheduled for Saturday, September 11. There will be two seatings
for which tickets are available. The first seating is at 5:30, and the second
seating is at 7:00. The tickets are $25 each. Since Bachman is a 501C3
organization, 80% of the ticket price is tax deductible.
The menu includes Jambalaya with smoked chicken, kielbasa, and shrimp; red beans
and rice seasoned with sausage and ham, cole slaw, bread, and King Cake for
dessert. There will be a variety of beverages served.
