I don't want to seem overly critical, but this has all the marks of an
"urban legend": a measure of plausibility, verification if not impossible
is difficult and complex, emotional arousal, etc. I would check with
someone in pharmacology (UTC nursing or Erlanger) and possibly someone in
Criminal Justice for confirmation of some of the details before forwarding
anything like this.
The morning paper has an article on how the Serbs have proficient hackers
who are capable of upsetting out internet and other communications. How
do we know they are not creating and using "urban legends" like this to
get ready for a major assault on our communication by introducing a
Melissa virus with such a message?
The last paragraph under certain conditions might become another "urban
legend." Believe me, I just made it up right now and have no proof
whatsoever of it.
