2001 FLEXIBLE REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT PARTICIPANTS

This is a reminder to all employees participating in the Year 2001 Flexible
Reimbursement Account.   You have only until December 31, 2001, to use any
balance in your account for the 2001 calendar year.  Federal law governing
use of these accounts does not permit the reimbursement or return of
balances unused by end of the calendar year.

Participants in the Year 2001 Flexible Reimbursement Account have until
April 15, 2002, to claim the amount used for the 2001 Calendar year.
