DEADLINE: June 12
Are there people who tend to frustrate you by their intimidating behavior?
Do they exert power (legitimately or non-legitimately) to get their way?
Such interactions usually result in undue tension, anxiety and other
negative outcomes. This seminar will empower participants to recognize and
cope with troublesome behaviors. Through a combination of enhancing one's
self-esteem and learning techniques of coping with inappropriate behaviors
from others, you will be able to handle such situations more effectively.
