I forgot a couple of details when I sent this out.

The address of the home is 104 Fair Street. It is located in one of the
nicest neighborhoods in Red Bank. We are asking $157,900. We will have
an Open House this Sunday from 2:00-5:00 if you are interested in seeing
it.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thanks!

Subject: [UTCSTAFF] Home for Sale

My husband and I are selling our restored 1950's cottage in a very
desirable Red Bank neighborhood. This home is located 5-10 minutes
(depending on traffic) from campus. The home has been completely
remodeled over the past three years. Some features include a giant
master bath with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, American Standard
fixtures, and new tile. The eat-in kitchen has been remodeled with new
cabinets, countertops, and tile and features built-in shelves and phone
nook. The living room/dining room combination features the original
hardwood floors and the bedrooms all have new Berber carpet. The home
is all on one story and has three bedrooms and two full baths. It is
approximately 1,650 sq. ft. and has a very large fenced in back yard.
It has a very large, attached one-car with plenty of room for work areas
and some storage. The home is perfect for entertaining or for a small
family. If you (or anyone you know) are looking for a house, this one
is truly a must see.

I can individually send you attachments with more details and pictures
of the house. You can reply to me at [log in to unmask] or call me
at extension 5250 with any questions that you may have.
