To All Faculty and Staff:
Hello To Everyone in Ravenland!

I am hoping that the dreaded virus(s) will not get into my address book and
send you unwanted emails, but I need to get this message out.
Because I am no longer able to help Freshman Seminar Instructors during the
hours of their classes due to the high volume of sick students we see in
Student Health Service, I have implemented a Blackboard course entitled
"Health Education for College Students" with information on the following
topics:

These are located under the "Course Materials" tab and are in PDF format:
1. Student Health Service Information (the student must review the web site)
2. STDs
3. Muscle Builing Supplements and Stimulants
4. Alcohol

Currently, the first three topics listed have quizzes under the
"Assignments" tab with the exception of the information on Alcohol; I am
currently working on this quiz.  This Blackboard group will continually be
under construction with the addition of new materials.  Adan Trowbridge and
Karen Adsit made sure that ALL Freshman Seminar students are enrolled; there
are currently 713 students enrolled.  I have also enabled Guest access so
that others may use it.  Feel free to use the quizzes for actual points
given, extra credit or however you see fit.  I hope that this information is
beneficial to your students. Please feel free to contact me if you have any
