I picked up a white pup wandering in and out of traffic on McCallie Ave.
between Frist and Flecther.  If has a black collar and was dragging a black
leash with stars on it.  If it belongs to anyone, I took it to the Central
Energy Plant by the Parking Garage.  I will leave it there until I leave
this afternoon, and if no one claims it, I will take it to the Humane Society.
