Hey Folks...

I bought this house a few months ago before the heart attacks and before the Doctor told me to quit doing so much. I got such a great deal on it that I was going to flip it after putting a new roof on and adding carpet. But... Doc said slow down and I also need to spend more time being a dad.

Small 3 bedroom 2 bath 1 acre that shares a border with Prentice-Cooper (get to trails from back yard). Close to the new high School. Has large front and pack porches, separate laundry room, and gas heat, water and stove.  My plan was to knock out a wall between the kitchen and living room, make the counter into a breakfast bar that serves both the kitchen and living room, put in new cabniets and counter top and toss it  on the market for $150,000 keeping the back lot for myself (zoned for multi residential if someone wanted to build two more houses on property). It is hard to find something up there next to the golf course, with that much land so close to the new school. NO REALTORS FOR LISTING but you can have one for buying the property if you like. I already a picked a Realtor to sell the house if I do not sell it my self in the next three weeks so do not bother recommending listing agents.  Cell number is 802-4225.
