Dear Faculty and Staff,
        
    It has come to my attention that some departments must receive departmental approval for their textbook orders.  If you are an instructor for one of these departments, and wish to use our online ordering system, please ensure that you have your departments approval prior to submitting your order.  Also please send a hard copy of your textbook order to your department secretary, so that it is on file in case of any discrepancies.  If you are not sure if you need your department's approval, please check with your department secretary or department head.  Thanks again for all your cooperation.
