ALL EMPLOYEES AGE 50 OR OLDER:

UTC Student Health has 100 flu shots for employees age 50 or older or
considered high risk by CDC. If you are interested in receiving a flu shot,
please email me your preference of a morning or afternoon appointment. If
you have specific times or days that will not work for you, please specify
as well.
I will e-mail you back with an appointment time. PLEASE DO NOT CALL!

Flu shots are $15 and we will accept cash, checks, & MOCS cards. If you
have time, please read the Vaccination Information Statement regarding the
Influenza Vaccine this year at
http://www.cdc.gov/nip/publications/VIS/vis-flu.pdf
This will expedite your waiting time for your flu vaccine if you read the
information prior to your appointment.
