My wife and I are planning to move at the beginning of July and are looking for a house or townhouse to rent, preferably downtown or in North Chattanooga. The following is a list of amenities the ideal place would have, but not all are necessities:
Cats allowed (my wife is a vet)
2/3 Bedrooms
1.5 or 2 Bath
Washer/Dryer
Walking distance to UTC
