The Chancellor has announced a call for Round 2 of "small" Lupton
Renaissance proposals.  New, imaginative proposals are encouraged, but
proposals that were submitted but not funded in the first round can and
will be considered.  Take a look at your previous proposals and revise or
strengthen them as you see fit.  Aim for a March 1 submission
deadline.  During the last round, $70,000 was the largest of the small
proposals funded.
