This is a reminder to all employees participating in the 1999 Flexible
Reimbursement Account.   You have only until December 31, 1999, to use any
balance in your account for the 1999 Calendar year.  Any unused balance
will not be reimbursed/nor returned.

You have until April 15, 2000, to claim the amount used for the 1999
Calendar year.
