Just in case you missed getting your flu shot appointment, there are still
more available!  I will be taking appointments on Tuesday, Nov. 27 and
Thursday, Nov. 29 from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Please call me at ext. 4453 to make your appointment!  REMEMBER . . . if
the line is busy, or you can't get through right away, CALL BACK!  These
appointments are in demand, and the phones get busy.

The cost of the shot is $10.00.  Remember to bring your money, as I can't
charge for flu shots!
