Summer 2 p.m. evaluations will be sent out on Monday, July 1. If you need
additional course evaluation packages prepared, please e-mail or call
me. IF you do not receive your packages within the week, please let me
know so I can prepare duplicate packages. Also, if you receive a package
for evaluation in error, please make a note and slip it into the inside
