Make the Thesis a Snap! The Graduate School is sponsoring a thesis workshop
on Monday, October 29 in the Ocoee Room of the University Center.  The
workshop features three panel discussions with faculty and former students.
1-2 p.m. Getting Ready (Topics will include defining your topic, selecting
your committee, human subject regulations, writing a prospectus and setting
a realistic timetable.
2-3:30 p.m. Researching and Writing (Topics will include the importance of
the literature review, writing the drafts, revising, and editing.
3:30-4:30 p.m. Defending Your Thesis
4:30-5 p.m. Questions/Answers
The workshop will be particularly helpful for students planning to write a
thesis later in their program and those currently in the
process.  Refreshments will be served and there will be door prizes for
each session.
