If those of you who have been here a few years will remember, I waged a
petition signing war the last time fees were raised. 78% of all full-time
faculty, 84% of the staff and a large number of students signed the petitions.
Of course it didn't do a bit of good and in a round about way I was pretty much
told to to quit being such a trouble maker. Obviously majority does not rule.
