Lists of graduation candidates for May and August 2002 were distributed to
each academic department earlier today, and department heads are asked to
make this list available to faculty for their review prior to the Faculty
Meeting tomorrow.

Several departments have already called to indicate that many of their
students are listed with the wrong major.  As this is a computer-generated
list, we are not sure how this happened.   I now have correct lists, and
DocuSource has graciously agreed to run copies right away so they will be
available to you this afternoon.  I will let you know as soon as these
copies are here, and hopefully, someone from your office can pick one up
from the Records Office.  Corrected copies will also be available at the
Faculty Meeting tomorrow.
