Time for biweekly and monthly employees has been entered into the IRIS Time
Entry System since IRIS went live in January 2002. Entering of time has
been done by designated departments and Payroll. Due to Payroll joining
Personnel Services, forming the Office of Human Resources, time entry has
been rolled out for individual units to enter and approve time.

In order to receive training or refresh earlier training, please attend the
"open lab" in the Human Resources Training Lab (across the hall from Human
Resources) on Monday, August 11 from 9 - 11 a.m. Trainers will be
available to assist you in entering time for biweekly employees for the pay
period ending August 10 and monthly time entry for July.

If attending, please bring your IRIS user ID/password and time
sheets for your area. Registration is not necessary. If you have questions
regarding this training, please contact the Office of Human Resources at
