Supervising employees can be a challenge under normal curcumstances. If an
employee is troubled by stressors at home or work, the challenge can be
even greater. The State EAP in conjunction with United Behavioral Health
is offering this seminar to help supervisors understand how to utilize the
Employee Assistant Program (EAP) as a tool in managing troubled employees.
Participants will learn to:
Understand the key elements of the EAP
Identify types of referrals
Identifying tools useful in conducting a confrontation meeting
Understand the EAP's relationship to the organization and it's
health plans.
Please e-mail me or call me at 4014 to register for this seminar. Thanks
