I have two questions:
First, why wasn't this e'mail sent via UTCINFO? (I.e., is it intended as
non-essential, an annoyance, uncensored, etc.?)
And second, do you have any information about the salary Mr Lyon will be
pulling down? (i.e., is this yet another boondoggle administrative post,
replete with Lexus?)
