June Meeting
What: CWG Monthly Meeting

Where: The Downtown Branch of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Library
The Chattanooga Writers Guild is pleased to host Ronald L. Patton,
author of Carpet Capital: The Rise of a New South Industry and of Shaw
Industries: A History. Mr. Patton is an associate professor at Kennesaw
State College. His book focuses on the technical and business
innovations that made Dalton, Georgia the carpet capital that it is
today.
Anyone interested in business writing, or in publishing his or her
writing, should find this presentation interesting. The meeting is free
and open to the public.

Established in 2001, the Chattanooga Writers Guild is a 501(c) 3
non-profit organization with a mission to promote, encourage, and
support writing and to create a supportive, caring environment for
writers in the Chattanooga community. The CWG provides a variety of
