An fine example of some really excellent edu-babble.  Read it again, and 
savour the verbs:  go beyond, address, share, facilitate, maximise, expose, 
develop, evaluate, learn, design, progress.  Nothing can beat the thrill of 
a 4-level program within the constraints and benefits of an online 
environment!  Give the man who wrote that a two percent raise.
