As you may or may not have heard, my daughter is ill and receiving chemo that reduces her immunity.   Hence, we are going to sell our timeshare condo since travel to very public places presents a real danger to her.  

The time share is a deeded week (Week -14 -red, a Points resort), Vacation Village at Westin (Fort Lauderdale, FL), AB Lockout unit 86,500 points every other even year. The annual maintenance fees are billed every 2 years at $550, and taxes are $207 each year. We have used the points from this resort to travel several other weeks in Las Vegas and Florida (Thru RCI website).  

Sale price is $7500 (payoff), purchased for $12,000.
