If you'll check out urban legends or some other site, you'll find that
this is NOT TRUE.... I don't have the link at hand here at work, but
I've already looked this one up at home because a friend sent it to me.
The teddy bear icon is not a virus, but part of the set up. Check it
out. If I get a moment to find the link, I'll send it.

Hello from Tyson to all,

The following message is true. It came from my church secretary, and it
was on my system. You may wish to do what it says just to make sure
your system is not infected.

Best,
t.

Sorry about this, but just follow the instructions to make sure
everything is fine. A virus has been passed on to me by a contact. My
address book was infected. Since you are in my address book there is a
good chance you will find it in your computer too.

The virus is not detected by Norton or McAfee. It sits quietly for 14
days before damaging the system. It is sent automatically by messenger
and by the address book, whether or not you sent emails to your
contacts.

Here's how to spot it and get rid of it.
1. Go to start, find or search option
2. In the file folder option, type the name jdbgmgr.exe
3. Be sure to search your C: drive and all subfolders and other
drives you may have.
4. Click "find now"
5. The virus has a teddy bear icon with the name jdbgmgr.exe DO NOT
OPEN IT!
6. Go to edit (on the menu bar) choose "select all" to highlight the
file without opening it.
7. Go to File (on the menu bar) and select delete. It will go to the
recycle bin.
8. Empty your recycle bin.

If you find the virus, you must contact all the people in your address
book, so they can eradicate it in their own address books.
