Dr. Aniekan Ebiefung, UC Foundation Professor of Mathematics, recently
published his instructional book, Responsible Use of the Internet in
Education: Issues Concerning Evaluation, Citation, Copyright and Fair Use of
Web Materials.

Dr. Ebiefung’s book deals with using the Internet in the classroom, and it
covers such topics as why the Internet is a vital teaching tool, how to best
use Internet resources, how to evaluate Internet materials and projects, and
how to address issues of ethics and accountability online. Dr. Ebiefung's
book has already received an overwhelmingly positive response, with
reviewers describing it as highly informative and an indispensable tool for
parents and teachers who use the Internet as a learning tool for children at
all grade levels. Readers appreciate Dr. Ebiefung’s practical approach to
the subject and value the fact that he does not shy away from controversial
issues.

Congratulations to Dr. Ebiefung! Your book is a vital resource for parents
and teachers, and it will certainly continue to obtain praise from readers.
