Dear Colleagues:

My thanks are extended to each of you for all your efforts in support of
UTC's Southern Association of Colleges and Schools institutional
self-study.  The Steering Committee as well as all the various
sub-committees are to be commended for all their hard work.

Please note that the deadline for submission of your completed
faculty/staff institutional self-study survey has been extended to Monday,
December 13.  Not many of us look forward to completing surveys of such
length, but we must be diligent in collecting information that SACS, as
well as our own colleagues doing the self-study, require for judgements
about reaccreditation.  Please forward your forms to Dr. Dick Grutezemacher
in Institutional Research or contact him should you need a survey document.
