  As Chair of the Engineering Scholarship Committee I wish to thank Jonathan
Looney for his assistance over the years.  He has always provided
information and assigned funds promptly.  He has done this cheerfully, even
when I have been slow in getting necessary information to him.  He will be
missed at UTC, especially by me.
