Subject: Voice Mail/Customer Service Training

Our new voice mail system will provide the UTC campus with an exceptionally
useful tool to enhance customer service and promote better communication.
To assist faculty and staff to make the most effective use of this and other
electronic media in enhancing communication, a brief training session will
be offered to prospective voice mail users.
This training will provide an overview of the new campus voice mail system
within the context of enhancements to customer service.
A demonstration of the new voice mail system will give you the information
you need to access your voice mail and show you how to set up your new voice
mailbox. Your voice mail will be activated shortly after attendance at one
of the sessions. *** There are no charges to departments for individual
voice mailboxes. *** Special departmental call processor setups will be
available, with modest charge for programming.
Please choose to attend one of the sessions listed below. No reservations
required but voice mailboxes will not be activated until after attendance at
one of the session. Additional sessions will be offered later in the summer
and on an ongoing basis for new employees.
