Topic:"Rotational Transformation of Einsteinian
Space"

Abstract: The rotational transformation between the Schwarzschild
metric and the Kerr
metric is obtained for weak field at large distance.  The transformation on
the equatorial plane and the rotational time dilation are discussed.
