It appears that the May ledgers did properly adjust the salary encumbrances
for the remainder for the fiscal year but they do not include the salaries
for the month of May.  As such, the available balances are presently
overstated by the amount of your department's May salaries.  This should be
corrected in the near future.  Please keep this in mind while managing your
year end budget.
